I’m Amber..
& this is one of my favourite places; this rooftops overlooks the city.
It all began in the late 80s. My mother and father decided to get together and “watch a movie”, and then…. surprise! 9 months later I appear, and so does the greatest single father imaginable.
I’m a bit of a goof. I don’t take much seriously, I’d rather laugh and be merry. I’m positive. Sometimes a little unrealistcally positive, but I don’t see myself getting anywhere by dreaming within moderation. I’m a dreamer, I see some things for what they are, but most things for what they could or should be. I see the big picture and sometimes over look the minor details.
I love my freedom. This means a lot. Unfortunately, you wont be able to tell me anything. You can give me a fact, but I’m still going to question it and seek the answer myself. I go about my business; I do what I love and what I think is best. I’m care free while over whelmed with ideas and decisions. I’m adventurous and for the most part fearless – not always good, I’m still learning that I’m not invinsible. It takes a lot to bite my tongue; I’m outspoken. I can say things that shock or offend (and loud enough for everyone to hear) without ever meaning harm by it.
I’m huge on astrology. Anything you read about a Sagittarius is completly me.
I’m always positive and I believe very strongly in Karma. My father has always said: “Kid, you must have a horseshoe up your ass”. Things always have a way of working out for me. Even if it requires a bit of patience.
Things I enjoy:
Music (there isn’t much you wont be able to find in my collection), mountains, thunderstorms, off roading, camping, beaches, health & fitness, hockey – Vancouver Canucks, live shows, reality tv, fast cars, big trucks, luxury sedans, red wine, beer, drving around with my sunglasses on and the windows down, dancing in the car (even when I’m alone), radio station shuffle and sing along (again, even when I’m alone), flip flops, clothes, planning outfits, high heels, boots, fashion/style, geeky computer things, blackberrys, anything about summer.
